Items in their original condition are eligible for a refund within 10 days of delivery. All jewelry, gift cards and sale items from our "FINAL SALE" collection are considered final sale. Sale and discounted items can only be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit.
For returns, the following conditions must be respected:
If you change your mind, or if the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the items within 10 business days of receiving your package (based off the date of delivery attached to your tracking number) with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request we’ll email you back with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend that you return the product(s) properly packaged, in good condition and in the box and the original packaging.
Please note that exceptions may apply regarding the return of certain personalized products, hygiene products and others. If you have any questions, please contact us.
If an item is shipped from abroad, make sure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. We can not be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the initial purchase.
If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value when refunding the product.
