Items in their original condition are eligible for a refund within ten days of delivery. All jewellery, gift cards and sale items from our "FINAL SALE" collection are considered final sale. Sale and discounted items can only be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit.
For returns, you need to follow the following conditions:
If the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the items within ten business days of receiving your package (based on the delivery date attached to your tracking number). You will need to provide your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we'll email you back with the next steps. Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend that you return the product(s) adequately packaged, in good condition and the box and the original packaging.
Please note that exceptions may apply regarding the return of certain personalized products, hygiene products and others. If you have any questions, please contact us.
If an item ships from abroad, make sure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. We can not be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method for the initial purchase for the refund.
If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value when refunding the product.
