Item not delivered?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed.

Easy Returns & Refunds

All the parts that you order on the site are refundable if they do not suit you. For this, the following conditions must be respected:

If you change your mind, or if the product you received does not meet your expectations, please contact us before returning the article to the following address within 48h: contact@effortless-ca.com by indicating your name, email, order number and product(s) concerned.  

You then have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package, to return the product or products. You are responsible for any damage to the item upon return.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, in good condition and in the box and the original packaging, except in the case of arrangements made with our agreement, the return costs are at your responsibility.

 Please note that exceptions may apply regarding the return of certain personalized products, hygiene products and others. If you have any questions, please contact us.

If an item is shipped from abroad, make sure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges. We can not be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the initial purchase.

If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss of value when refunding the product.
